Hospital merger and rebrand–Endeavor Health

Did you know that NorthShore University HealthSystem, Edward-Elmhurst Health, Northwest Community Healthcare and Swedish Hospital have merged under one name and brand? They are now under Endeavor Health creating Illinois’ 3rd largest health care system.

This health system includes 9 hospitals that operate in the Northern and Western suburbs of Chicago as well as Chicago’s North side.

You may remember in the last couple years that NorthShore acquired multiple hospitals which included Swedish Covenant and Northwest Community Hospital.
